MatchPoint Recruiting was born from a friendship that grew out of a shared legacy on the college wrestling mats. Though they competed for the same university at different times, our founders bonded over the relentless grit, discipline, and mental toughness that their shared alma mater and the sport demanded. Today, we bring that same mentality to recruiting and executive search.
We built MatchPoint to offer organizations a more transparent, focused approach to finding talent. Rather than relying on impersonal, black-box recruiting methods, we believe in clear communication, thoughtful search strategies, and partnerships built on trust.
